Tuesday Prayer Emphasis: Unity!

Join with me in praying for unity today. Lord Jesus, I pray for unity, not only in the United States of America but throughout the world! Jesus, you said to your disciples in John 17:21, “[may] all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you. May they also be in us so that the world may believe that you have sent me” (NIV). Jesus, make us one, just as You and the Father are one! There are to be no divisions among us but perfect unity. Lord, help us to model this to the world!
So in Christ Jesus you are all children of God through faith, 27 for all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ. 28 There is neither Jew nor Gentile, neither slave nor free, nor is there male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus. 29 If you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise.
